Orion Building This is a multifunctional complex building for residential use, including a dance hall, gym, banquet hall, swimming pool, helicopter landing pad and other ancillary facilities. The total construction area is 17200 square meters, and the building height is 51.5 meters. The main structure and glass curtain wall project cost 14.65 million US dollars and took 15 months.
Monishop This is a commercial complex building jointly invested by Monishop and XSML companies in the Democratic Republic of Congo, integrating various industries such as hotels, offices, large supermarkets, banks, shopping malls, catering, and pharmacies. 2-story basement+13 story business building and hotel, with a total construction area of 15006 square meters and a total height of 63.5 meters.
